Due to changes in the need for drivers, All Pro has decided to offer a new referral bonus plan.  We are now looking for owner operators only.  The referral bonus will be structured as follows:

• $250 paid to any current All Pro driver (company or owner op) that refers an owner op who is hired.  Payment will be made to the referring driver after the owner op completes 30 days of continuous service.
  
  
• $1800 bonus paid to any owner op that is hired on.  The owner op must run a minimum of 2500 miles per week to qualify for this bonus.  The bonus will be paid in one of two ways:
  
  
• If the owner op has a plated truck already, All Pro will pay half the bonus after 6 months of continuous service and the other half after 1 year of continuous service.
  
  
• If the owner op needs plates, All Pro will cut a check made payable to the IRP for the plates.  All Pro will deduct the cost of the plates starting with the 5th paycheck and continue for the next 17 pays.  The owner op must sign a contract agreeing to repay All Pro if the lease contract is terminated by either party before the full amount of the plates is recouped.  The $1800 bonus will be paid after one year of continuous service.  

Referral business cards will be made available to all drivers.  These cards must be used in order to receive the bonus.  They will be available at the dispatch window or upon request we will mail some to you.  We will explain how to use them at time of pick up.
The current bonus plan for fleet owners will remain the same.  

FLEET OWNERS

Once a fleet owner has signed on, any additional trucks will be paid on the following program.

Note:  Each additional truck will establish a new fleet size. Any Owner Operators fleet size that decreases will have to reach the established quantity before being paid for any additional truck being added on to his fleet.
